Position Summary

Reportage Albania is seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving online engagement to strengthen the brand image of our real estate projects. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands how to grow audiences, increase engagement, and convert social followers into leads.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company marketing objectives and real estate project campaigns.

·       Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

·       Collaborate with designers, videographers, and digital specialists to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent materials.

·       Monitor social media channels daily, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

·       Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor performance metrics.

·       Analyze audience insights, engagement trends, and competitor activity to optimize content and posting strategy.

·       Track, report, and present monthly performance analytics with actionable recommendations.

·       Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in real estate marketing.

·       Support the coordination of live events, digital launches, and influencer collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

·       Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media channels for a brand, preferably in real estate or lifestyle industries.

·       Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

·       Strong creative and visual skills with experience in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.

·       Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Albanian.

·       Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

·        Positive attitude, creativity, and a proactive approach to content creation and community engagement.
